Here are some questions that I’ve been getting asked:
1) Do you give guidance on a meal plan for 6 weeks?
~Every day for 6 weeks, you will have a detailed meal plan. I also attach a weekly grocery list to make it more convenient and so you don’t have to spend so much time at the store. Recipes are also INCLUDED.
2) What if I don’t like a certain food?
~I provide a food exchange list where you can swap out a food (protein, fruit, carbs, etc.) for another, so you can enjoy the things you like and still be working towards your goals!
3) What is the accountability portion of it?
~ You will have 24/7 access to me, so you can message/text me whenever you have a question or are struggling. We will also be doing weekly check-ins with progress photos. I send you daily inspiration/motivation/tips to keep you on track.
