This program is EXTRA special because I’ve put together an “Accelerated Results” option, where you get 3x 30 min virtual workouts WITH ME for the six weeks.
Here are some questions that I’ve been getting asked:
1) Do you give guidance on a meal plan for 6 weeks?
~Every day for 6 weeks, you will have a detailed meal plan. I also attach a weekly grocery list to make it more convenient and so you don’t have to spend so much time at the store. Recipes are also INCLUDED.
2) What if I don’t like a certain food?
~I provide a food exchange list where you can swap out a food (protein, fruit, carbs, etc.) for another, so you can enjoy the things you like and still be working towards your goals!
3) What is the accountability portion of it?
~ You will have 24/7 access to me, so you can message/text me whenever you have a question or are struggling. We will also be doing weekly check-ins with progress photos. I send you daily inspiration/motivation/tips to keep you on track. Lastly, because I wanted to create a community, I will be creating a WhatsApp group with all the ladies involved!
4) How do you do the virtual workouts?
~I will be sending out a schedule weekly and you will pick your 30 min time-slot. You can double up for a one-hour session. The workouts will either be through Zoom or FaceTime.
5) What equipment do I need?
~If you haven’t gotten my booty band yet, I highly suggest it 🙂 I can work with whatever you have, so you do NOT need to buy any equipment! Long-loop resistance bands are a great and cheap option though.
6) When is the next challenge?
~ I will do the next Little Black Dress Project on January 4, 2021, so if you would like to wait, MARK YOUR CALENDARS! 🙂
